I have had a passion for cooking for as long as I can remember. After several health issues began to crop up in my life, I knew I needed to find a way to have a healthier relationship with food. My husband and my daughter deserved to have a healthy me!
I started WW in 2019 and while I don't track pounds lost, I focus on how I feel. I can move again, I'm walking better and I have more energy to be a mom!
