Ingredients
  

  • 28 oz Canned Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 Small Onion minced
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
  • ½ tsp Ground Cumin
  • ½ tsp Ground Coriander
  • 2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • ½ cup Plain Lowfat Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cilantro chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients, except yogurt and cilantro, in 4- to 6-quart slow cooker
  • Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Stir in yogurt and cilantro.
