  • Instant Pot


  • 2 lbs Lean Ground Chicken
  • 1 Zucchini (medium) Diced
  • 1 Bell Pepper Diced
  • 15 oz Black Beans Rinsed
  • 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
  • 15 oz Corn
  • 6 tbsp Chamoy Azteca Sauce


  • Turn your instant pot on to saute and brown the ground chicken.
  • Once the chicken has cooked through, add in the fresh vegetables and allow it to cook down for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add in remaining ingredients, turn the instant pot to chili and put on the lid.
  • You can use quick release to release the pressure, stir it and then serve!
